Modupe Williams-Odifa

Mrs. Modupe Williams-Odifa has work experience in the Nigerian financial services industry as well as the UK NGO sector. Modupe has solid exposure to public and private sector business as well as sector knowledge of strategic development, change management and improvement within non- profit organizations. She has developed and partaken in Total Quality Management (TQM) training and is an efficient administrator, Facilitator and team builder. Her other professional competencies include: Capacity building for Community based Organizations (CO) to enable them develop services and build their organizations to enhance community member integration; training and fundraising support for CO’s strategic policy development.

She holds the Bachelors Degree in Elementary & Early Childhood Education and a Masters degree in International Education both from The George Washington University, Washington D.C.

Her passion for helping others and her enthusiasm for working with vulnerable and special children has served as the foundation for working with mothers, families and communities in the UK, children living with autism, learning disabilities, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other special needs. She has been responsible for the set up and running of various community support groups, mothers and toddlers groups and play groups for vulnerable children.
